The Loss Of A Parent

I am a 31-year-old fan of your work from Barcelona, who lost his mother to a fulminant ovarian cancer when he was 10. It all happened in less than a month.

I suddenly felt my life had ended and had to start a new one. I thought, though, nothing would hurt me as much again, and yet I learned recently that we are never ready to say goodbye to a loved one.

My father died of a heart attack after this past Rosh Hashanah. Again, a new life is beginning again and sometimes it is not easy.

Fortunately, life goes on and is to be spent with your loved ones. Allow yourself to feel, live and love.

My deepest condolences for your loss.

Kind regards,

Toni M
